About the Business
This is a great opportunity to become a Finance Business Partner for a great business that operates within the logistics industry. This role gives you the opportunity to become the key person for the preparation and interpretation of financial analysis and reporting for a leading UK business.
Main Duties:
- Compiling management accounts, investor reports and presentations, compliance certificates, and CQC Market Oversight submissions.
- Conducting payroll analysis and reporting, collaborating with FBPs and MDs to identify key trends and enhance data accuracy and overall performance.
- Providing routine reports for the Executive Committee and senior managers across the business.
- Assisting with the upkeep of the budgeting and reporting system (Prophix).
- Producing financial analysis to support improvements in operational and financial performance.
- Preparing information for the Board, directors, and external stakeholders as needed.
- Offering support for corporate initiatives and projects.
- Driving continuous enhancement within the finance function.
- Acting as the IT Finance Business Partner.
- Standing in for the Assistant Head of FP&A in the event of a major finance project, such as refinancing.
Location / Office / Culture
This role offers a great hybrid split, with the expectation that you go to their offices in Lichfield only twice a week.
