Transaction Recruitment are supporting our Tamworth based client in their search for an experienced Credit Controller to join them on a temporary basis, offering an immediate start. You will be working as part of a dynamic team and will be responsible for managing your own ledger of B2B accounts. This is an office based position.
Daily duties and experience required includes:
- Conducting credit control via phone and email
- Building rapport with customer base to maintain positive working relationships
- Conducting credit checks
- Releasing orders for customers
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Negotiating payment plans
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Query resolution
