Main Duties:
- Consolidating financial results from the UK and international operating divisions
- Producing monthly and statutory reports for a range of stakeholders, including senior leadership and banking partners
- Collaborating closely with finance teams and Finance Directors across the wider international group
- Supplying the Board with data and analysis to support key commercial and strategic decisions, including M&A and financing activity
- Supporting continuous improvement of the group's reporting systems, working alongside external IT partners
- Partnering with external advisors on wider financial reporting projects
- Helping newly acquired businesses integrate smoothly into group finance processes
- Maintaining head office accounts

The role is based in Droitwich, within a close-knit finance team of around ten people sitting at the heart of the group's head office. The business is fast-growing and entrepreneurial, offering flexible working, a supportive team culture, and real pace, variety, and exposure to senior stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified β essential
- From either practice or industry β first-time movers from practice are welcome to apply
- Experience with statutory accounts and consolidation is desirable but not essential
- A pragmatic, team-focused approach, with genuine commitment to helping the wider team achieve its objectives
