Transaction Recruitment are supporting our Tamworthbased client in their search for an experienced Credit Controller to join them on a long term temporary basis, offering an immediate start. You will be working as part of a dynamicteam and will be responsible for managing your own ledger of B2B accounts. This is an office based position, with permanent prospects due to their continued growth.
Daily duties and experience required includes:
- Conducting credit control via phone and email
- Building rapport with customer base to maintain positive working relationships
- Conducting credit checks
- Releasing orders for customers
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Negotiating payment plans
- Reconciling customer accounts
- Query resolution
