Role Description
This is a remote contract role and/or full-time position for a Programmatic Technical Specialist. Responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support for programmatic advertising campaigns
- Troubleshooting issues
- Ensuring that all technical implementations are executed effectively
- Creating pixel tags for clients
- Ensuring that our DV360 programmatic traffic is tracking into affiliate platforms
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimise campaign performance and maintain high-quality client service
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data effectively
- Understanding of affiliate tracking from DV360 into platforms like AWIN, Tradedoubler, CJ
- Ensuring tracking is set up correctly on affiliate networks and DV360 to measure conversions
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams
- Proficient troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities for technical challenges
- Technical support and customer service skills to assist clients in an efficient and professional manner
- Experience in programmatic advertising platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with transactional data or digital marketing tools is beneficial
