We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Help Desk Administrator to support the day-to-day operation of the SISS Help Desk.
The role will involve logging, coordinating and monitoring fault reports, service requests, asset records and performance data for systems including CIS, CCTV, Help Points and Public Address.
You will act as a key point of contact between stakeholders, internal teams, field engineers and suppliers, ensuring information is accurately recorded and managed through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Log, prioritise and track SISS faults and service requests through to completion.
- Monitor SLA performance and elevate issues where required.
- Coordinate engineer attendance and support planned maintenance activity.
- Maintain accurate asset, location and service records.
- Produce reports on fault status, SLA performance, PPM compliance and KPI achievement.
- Provide clear and professional updates to internal and external stakeholders.
About You
- Strong administration, organisation and communication skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Ability to prioritise workload, work accurately and remain calm under pressure.
- Experience using fault management, ticketing or service management systems.
Rail industry experience, knowledge of SISS systems or experience using CAFM, asset management or field service platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service would be advantageous.
