Trans Data Management Ltd seeks an outstanding and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) . The company has an expanding group of subsidiaries and an enviable and highly respected presence in the rail industry .
As CEO, you are accountable for new business generation, delivering the company’s strategic vision, driving sustainable corporate growth, and maintaining the operational excellence that defines our reputation. Working closely with the Board of Directors , you lead a committed team of professionals to drive growth.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
– Location: Crawley (Hybrid)
– Reporting to: Chairman

The CEO is responsible for driving forward sales, overall leadership, strategic direction, and management. The CEO represents the organisation externally and ensures it meets its mission, goals, and values. The primary responsibility of the CEO is to lead on rainmaking.

Oversee daily operations, financial performance, and staff management.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and the community.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Report to the Board of Directors on organisational performance and strategic initiatives.

Proven track record in new business development and proposal writing,
· Proven experience in a senior executive leadership role.
• Strong understanding of governance and strategic planning.
• Experience in financial management and fundraising.
• Track record of building effective teams and organisational culture.
• Relevant academic qualifications (e.g., MBA, MSc, or equivalent).
