Executive Assistant Responsibilities
- Manage diaries, appointments, and meetings for senior management.
- Organise agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting documentation.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and confidential documents.
- Support varied project management initiatives and follow up on action plans.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Assist with policy updates and document control.
- Liaise with staff, external professionals, and stakeholders.
- Enter, update, and maintain data across multiple databases with speed and accuracy.

- Create engaging content including graphics, captions, and short‑form videos.
- Schedule and publish social media posts.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond professionally to messages/comments.
- Promote organisational events, achievements, recruitment campaigns, and services.
- Support brand development and maintain consistent online messaging.
- Track social media analytics and prepare performance reports.
- Assist with website updates and digital communications.
- Ensure all online content complies with confidentiality, safeguarding, and data protection requirements.
Experience Required
- 1 to 3 years administrative and social media management experience.
- Business Administration qualification, Marketing or Social Media qualification (desirable).
- Previous administrative or executive assistant experience.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience using social media platforms professionally.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
