In this role, you will handle data with precision, ensuring accuracy and organisation across various platforms. Your keen eye for detail and strong Microsoft Excel computer skills will support our operational efficiency, enabling seamless data collection, entry, and analysis. You must live within travelling distance of Essex and possess the necessary visas to work in the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Enter, update, and maintain data across multiple databases with speed and accuracy.
- Verify data integrity by reviewing information for completeness and correctness before entry.
- Utilise Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, organise data sets, and generate reports that support decision-making processes.
- Manage filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of physical and digital documents.
- Complete rotas and update systems with availability.
- Collect, organise, and analyse data to identify trends or discrepancies that require further investigation or action.
- Maintain adequate records, keeping an up-to-date filing system.
- Undertake any other duties commensurate with the role as and when required.

Experience- Proven clerical experience with a focus on data entry and administrative tasks in an office setting.
- Familiarity with databases and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel functions.
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy rates, comfortable with high-volume data input.
- Experience in filing, organising documents, and maintaining systematic records.
- Knowledge of data collection methods and the ability to support transcription or documentation projects.
- Prior office experience demonstrating organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with colleagues and customers.
