About the Role:
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established family-run business based in Leechmere, for a Warehouse Operator with a valid FLT Counterbalance license. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering a great working environment and long-term stability for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- General warehouse duties including goods in/out, stock movement, and order picking/packing
- Loading and unloading vehicles using FLT Counterbalance
- Transporting pallets between Leechmere and Seaham sites using the company mini van
- Assisting in packing / production operations when required
- Ensuring workplace safety and cleanliness is maintained at all times
Essential Requirements:
- Valid FLT Counterbalance license
- Full UK driving license with no more than 3 penalty points
- Proven experience working in a warehouse environment
- Comfortable working in a physically active role
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Desirable (Advantageous):
- Bendi and/or Pivot Steer (Flexi) FLT license
- Experience with pallet shunting and inter-site transport

Additional Information:
