We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic logistics team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of materials, stock management, and order fulfilment within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities Handling materials efficiently, including loading and unloading goods using appropriate equipment such as forklifts.

Managing stock levels through accurate picking and packing of orders to meet customer specifications.

Operating warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and update records accurately.

Ensuring the safe and correct shipping and receiving of goods, adhering to company procedures.

Stocking shelves and organising storage areas to optimise space utilisation and accessibility.

Conducting quality control checks to maintain high standards of product integrity.

Assisting with mechanical maintenance or troubleshooting equipment when necessary.

Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Supporting stock rotation processes and ensuring proper storage conditions are maintained.

Experience Previous experience in warehousing or logistics is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates.

Familiarity with materials handling equipment such as forklifts is advantageous; certification is desirable but not mandatory.

Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software will be considered an asset.

Experience in shipping & receiving, picking & packing, stocking, or quality control will enhance your application.

Mechanical knowledge or experience with equipment maintenance is a plus but not required.

Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently is essential.
