Tranquil Talent Group are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client who are a research company operating in the South Shields area.
Pay: £12.21-£12.40 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday between the hours of 9am and 8pm (4 day working week, 9.5hrs per day) (Possible overtime on Saturdays)
Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to participants (e.g learners, parents, employers) to collect data via structures of semi-structured surveys.
- Follow predefined scripts or questionnaires while maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
- Accurately record responses into databases, spreadsheets or CRM systems.
- Flag incomplete or unclear responses for review or follow-up.
- Meet daily and weekly call targets.
- Deal sensitively with respondents who may be disengaged, vulnerable, or in distress.
- Handle personal or sensitive data in line with GDPR and internal privacy policies.
- Follow any required safeguarding procedures if disclosures are made.
