We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Aluminium Curtain Wall Fabricator to join our fabrication team. The role involves the precise manufacturing and assembly of curtain wall systems, ensuring they meet the required specifications and standards for commercial and residential construction projects.

Day Shift - Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, fabrication schedules, and architectural blueprints.
  • Cut, drill, punch, and assemble aluminium profiles to fabricate curtain wall frames.
  • Use hand and power tools.
  • Install gaskets, glazing beads, thermal breaks, and accessories according to system specifications.
  • Measure and mark out material accurately to ensure tight tolerances.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Work with quality control teams to inspect fabricated components for defects or deviations.
  • Assist in loading and packaging completed systems for transportation.
  • Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in aluminium fabrication, ideally in curtain wall or façade systems.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
  • Skilled in the use of fabrication tools and machinery.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math and measuring skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and handle heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
  • Experience with specific systems (e.g., Schüco, Reynaers) is a plus.
Work Environment:
  • Factory based.
  • Use of PPE is mandatory.
  • Regular exposure to noise, dust, and fabrication machinery.
