We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team supporting venerable people across the City of Sunderland. (CANDIDATES MUST HOLD A DRIVING LICENCE)
We are looking to recruit for 4 x Overnight and 2 x Days positions.
As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with daily activities, offer emotional support, and ensure the well-being of those under your care.
Responsibilities:
Visiting customers in their own homes who may require care following a period on hospital or a decline in their well being. Visits are for a time limited period and assist to set goals to promote independence and confidence.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
