What you will do
- Play a key role in providing tailored support to pupils with special educational needs throughout all aspects of the school day
- Work with pupils both individually and in small groups, supporting them to overcome barriers to learning, delivering teaching, providing positive behaviour support and other focused interventions
- Work as part of a class team, under the direction of the class teacher and trans-disciplinary colleagues, to deliver effective teaching, learning and behaviour support
- Monitor and track progress, providing regular feedback as needed
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

- Experience of supporting children and young people with complex needs, or transferrable skills from similar fields
