Where is the work: On-Site (5 days)
What’s in it for you: Join Trane as a Project Manager supporting Data Center projects across EMEA. You will lead end-to-end project delivery, acting as the key customer contact while coordinating internal teams, contractors, equipment delivery, and site readiness. This is an opportunity to work in fast-paced, mission-critical environments where strong stakeholder management, risk control, safety, and execution excellence are essential.
What You Will Do:
- Act as the main customer contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and onsite partners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage project communication, RFIs, technical queries, and documentation flow.
- Oversee technical resources, equipment delivery, factory witness testing, and site readiness.
- Support commissioning, warranty activities, snag resolution, and subcontractor coordination.
- Lead project meetings, maintain accurate reporting and documentation, and track progress against milestones.
- Identify and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies to keep projects on schedule.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and mission-critical project standards.
What You Will Bring:
- Project management experience, ideally in data centers, HVAC, industrial systems, or other mission-critical environments.
- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and complex project delivery.
- Knowledge of equipment delivery, manufacturing timelines, commissioning, warranty, and site readiness.
- Strong communication, customer relationship, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with contractors, subcontractors, and technical service teams.
- Strong planning, documentation, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.
- High attention to detail, sound decision-making, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Commitment to safety, compliance, quality, and technical excellence.
- Right to work in the UK and a current clean driver’s license.
