Job Description:

• Provide electrical and mechanical repair/service to all Chiller/Rooftop equipment (compressors, driers, EXVs, TEVs, control panels, etc.) at customer premises.
• Attend customer sites to perform preventative maintenance on all Chiller/Rooftop equipment.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and colleagues.
• Liaise with technical and office-based teams to understand job requirements.
• Coordinate with managers to ensure services meet contractual obligations and deadlines.
• Obtain customer approval before work.
• Request parts timely to ensure workflow.
• Update coordinators on work status and delays.
• Complete and submit engineer job sheets promptly.
• Identify potential new service or sales opportunities.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and report hazards.

EHS:

• Provide risk assessments and method statements as needed.
• Use PPE during site visits.
• Ensure sites are cleared after work, and proper documentation is sent.

Skills and Capabilities:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Customer-focused and proactive.
• Commercial awareness.
• Flexible and pragmatic.
• Problem-solving skills with a technical bias.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as an HVAC technician.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
