Team Lead I
- Direct employees and materials
- Think critically, problem solve issues on the line, and escape the issue as needed
- Train on safety, company policy, scheduling, OT, Std work and NCMS
- Train on communication, MDI Board, LGS and leadership skills
- Inventory management, delegation, and planning
- Provide tactful communication to peers and leaders
- Accuracy, self-starter, and organised
Basic Requirements
- Minimum 1-year experience in Data Stream, NCMS, BBS and Crane Certified
Team Lead II
- Direct employees and materials
- Think critically, problem solve issues on the line and escape the issue as needed
- Work on 9 steps, NCMS, BBS, MDI Board, 5S, TPM and running GEMBA/LGS
- Write or re-write standard work, perform standard of work audits and continuous improvement, drive safety culture
- Train with WGM to be able to cover when not present
- Work on the line’s schedule, OT and personnel training/schedule
- Inventory management, delegation, and planning
- Provide tactful communication to peers and leaders
- Responsible for safety in zone, drive safety culture
- Accuracy, self-starter, and organised
Basic Requirements
- Minimum 2-year experience in Data Stream, NCMS, BBS, schedules, MDI board
- Some knowledge of Excel and Word
- PIV Certifications
Team Lead III (Group Leader)
- Think critically, problem solve, and escape the issues, train others, document misses on paramo use 5 why to reduce future occurrence
- Direct employees and materials
- Inventory management, delegation, and planning
- Accuracy, self-starter, and organised
- Work on 9 steps, NCMS, BBS, MDI Board, 5S, TPM and running GEMBA/LGS
- Write or re-write standard work, perform standard of work audits and continuous improvement
- Able to cover when WGM is not present
- Provide tactful communication to peers and leaders
- Conduct safety audits, drive safety culture
- Work with WGM to achieve Plant KPI
