What’s in it for you:
- Set-up and operate various machines and equipment to cut, bend, shape, shear, punch, drill, and/or test raw materials, parts, components and/or assemblies.
What you will do:
- Demonstrate ability to read and understand TK prints for specific department.
- Demonstrate ability to use measuring equipment for specific department.
- Take Minimum Qualifications Test with a desired score of 70% or better.
- Demonstrate ability to set-up and run basic operations with assistance.
- Comfortable with using computer (email, data entry, and touch screens for equipment).
Minimum Qualifications:
- Introductory Level: Primary focus is learning the process.
- Successful completion of introductory period (6 months).
- Understands, accepts, and supports vision and key business goals.
- Supports and demonstrates a well-organized, safe and clean workplace.
- Basic understanding, support and commitment to the team and continuous improvement.
- Resolves the problems at the lowest level possible.
- Identifies possible solutions when communicating problems.

What you will bring:
- Annual base salary range or hourly base wage range $23.70.
- Compensation type: Hourly.
