What’s in it for you:

  • Set-up and operate various machines and equipment to cut, bend, shape, shear, punch, drill, and/or test raw materials, parts, components and/or assemblies.

What you will do:

  • Demonstrate ability to read and understand TK prints for specific department.
  • Demonstrate ability to use measuring equipment for specific department.
  • Take Minimum Qualifications Test with a desired score of 70% or better.
  • Demonstrate ability to set-up and run basic operations with assistance.
  • Comfortable with using computer (email, data entry, and touch screens for equipment).

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Introductory Level: Primary focus is learning the process.
  • Successful completion of introductory period (6 months).
  • Understands, accepts, and supports vision and key business goals.
  • Supports and demonstrates a well-organized, safe and clean workplace.
  • Basic understanding, support and commitment to the team and continuous improvement.
  • Resolves the problems at the lowest level possible.
  • Identifies possible solutions when communicating problems.
  • Follows rules of conduct at all times.
  • Ability to learn, understand and adhere to standard work.
  • Understands the importance of safety, quality, delivery and cost.
  • Responsive to internal and external customer needs.

What you will bring:

  • Annual base salary range or hourly base wage range $23.70.
  • Compensation type: Hourly.
  • Not eligible for incentive.
  • Not eligible for sales commission.
