Responsibilities
- Accountable for the procurement for all equipment and subcontracts works related to all projects in your control.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, acting as a trusted point of contact.
- Accountable for in and outbound calls to suppliers, sales teams, customers, and stakeholders.
- Able to communicate complex technical engineering activities to non-technical stakeholders.
- High volume and fast paced so able to be flexible and adaptable during each project and keeping customers updated throughout.
- Attend site visits with Sales Engineers and stakeholders to advise and produce costings and quotes on installation projects.
- Participate in review of new projects to finalise designs of new orders at commercial level.
- Attend project handover with the customer to confirm scope and timeline requirements.
- Produce detailed project plans and troubleshoot issues on technical engineering scenarios.
- Co-ordination of equipment parts and subcontractors to ensure required deadlines are achieved.
- Providing technical support to clients and sales engineers, co-ordinating projects.
- Managing installations and commissioning of industrial cooling systems to ensure they are technically correct to an acceptable standard.
- Managing engineers/teams on site, ensuring contract agreements are met and health and safety standards are maintained.
- Identify resources and assign responsibilities.
- Financial control of projects including budgeting and costs.
- Assist in filtering design flaws throughout the project.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of manufacturing industry an advantage.
- Project Engineer background is an advantage.
- Project Management with commercial experience at intermediate level.
- People and communication skills with a positive mindset.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Computer-Aided Design (CAD).
- National travel and able to travel to other Countries when required.
- Right to Work status confirmed for Country of application.
- UK driver's licence.
