Where Is The Work

Field-based: Work is conducted on-site at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform complex diagnoses and repairs of equipment and systems at customer’s location.
  • Perform complex preventative maintenance, inspections, site surveys, and service requests.
  • Perform complex repairs of mechanical and electro‑mechanical components of productive and non‑productive equipment and machinery.
  • Carrying out commissioning and taking part in planned on‑call duties.
  • Daily reporting of hours and activities by means of a digital work order, inspection list and time sheet to the Service Department.
  • Managing own stock, materials, tools, and PPE in the service vehicle.
  • Frequent trips to our factory in France (Epinal) to follow up on orders and ensure everything runs smoothly and meets customer requirements.

Qualifications / Key Competencies

  • This role plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by servicing complex products and equipment on assigned projects.
  • Able to effectively manage complex technical projects.
  • Effectively communicate, negotiate, and influence different stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally, and lead by example through adhering to the leadership principles.
  • May provide coaching, act as subject‑matter expert for less experienced technicians and customers, and may provide sales support to account managers.
  • Ability to perform all work in the service and maintenance field on all major types of equipment.
  • Able to work under limited supervision.
  • Use cutting‑edge software and technology, along with a variety of hand‑tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
  • This role requires previous relevant experience in refrigeration or HVAC technology or an equivalent combination of education (Technical School) and experience.
  • In possession of a European F‑gas certificate.
  • Several years’ experience at Field Service Representative level.
  • Current clean driver’s license.
  • Strong ability to work flexibly across multiple locations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Good laptop experience is preferred.
