You will diagnose system issues, perform preventative maintenance, and assist with warranty tasks as part of our maintenance contracts, ensuring high service standards for customers.
You will work with the service desk, sales and operations, maintain strong customer relationships, and use diagnostic software and MS Office tools to report on work orders.
