Position Details

The Service Technician provides exceptional customer service and technical support, ensuring high standards of service to maintain customer equipment covered by our maintenance contracts. The role focuses on maximizing technician productivity, enhancing customer experience, and improving operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose system issues during service visits and on-site work.
• Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), handle breakdowns, warranty work, hire, and commissioning tasks.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted contact.
• Coordinate with Service desk, Sales, and Operations teams to share insights.
• Utilize software, tools, blueprints, and specifications to diagnose and repair units.
• Generate reports on work completed and invoiced.
• Maintain effective communication with supervisors, managers, senior technicians, and customers to promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a service or field technician.
• Strong customer service skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to motivate and lead technicians.
