We’re now expanding into the UK and Nordics and hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our dynamic Inside Sales team. This team thrives in a fast‑paced, meritocratic environment and drives growth by identifying and engaging prospective customers across multiple channels. With strong commission potential, this role is critical to generating new business and accelerating Trakti’s expansion.

Our platform combines end‑to‑end CLM, blockchain technology, smart contracts, and advanced automation to deliver secure, transparent, and efficient contract lifecycle management—trusted by enterprises and public institutions across Europe.

Role

SDRs at Trakti are outgoing, entrepreneurial, and fast learners. You’ll build rapport with prospects, understand their challenges, and position Trakti as the platform that transforms their legal and operational workflows. This is a full‑time hybrid role based in London, with flexibility for remote work. You’ll be responsible for lead generation, outbound prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and booking high‑value meetings. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to execute our UK go‑to‑market strategy for legal and GC teams. As our UK SDR, you will help build the outbound engine, generate a high‑value pipeline, and shape our approach to the UK enterprise market.

What you’ll do

  • Drive outbound outreach to legal‑ops, contract‑ops, in‑house counsel, procurement, operations, and vendor‑risk teams in UK enterprises.
  • Qualify prospects based on contract complexity, existing tool‑stack, team structure, risk exposure, and business priorities.
  • Book high‑quality meetings for CEO‑AEs and contribute to pipeline creation.
  • Keep the CRM clean and up to date with accurate notes and stakeholder maps.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to craft messaging for GC/legal‑teams and enterprise procurement cycles.
  • Hit targets across calls, emails, SQLs, and pipeline value.

Who you are

  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Native‑level English proficiency; Italian is a strong plus.
  • 2–3 years of SDR or outbound sales experience in SaaS, FinTech, LegalTech, RegTech, or enterprise environments.
  • Motivated self‑starter with a track record of exceeding quota.
  • Curious, quick learner, and interested in legal, compliance, and automation tech.
  • Resilient and comfortable working in a fast‑moving early‑stage environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to engage senior stakeholders with confidence.
  • Comfortable using growth‑hacking and agentic sales techniques to experiment, optimize outreach, and increase pipeline generation using modern AI‑driven methods.
