An enterprise AI studio building AI agents and products for some of the world's biggest companies. As their first Solutions Engineer, you'll work directly under the CTO, taking loosely defined client briefs from workshops and turning them into polished proof of concepts fast. When a proof of concept converts to a full build, you earn.
What You'll Do
- Attend or support enterprise workshops to understand client problems
- Build proof of concepts from scratch using whatever technology is required, React-first, but language agnostic
- Present technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders (VP level and above)
- Build a repeatable library of case studies and proof of concepts across industries
- Work closely with UX designers, strategists, and the wider product team
- Contribute to the company's growing AI agent capability
