We're looking for two senior cybersecurity consultants to join a significant security transformation programme for a large manufacturer, with multiple sites, including a Nottingham HQ. This isn’t a siloed advisory role. You’ll assess the current state, shape the roadmap, and drive hands-on implementation across multiple workstreams.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead multi-workstream security uplift across 5–6 UK manufacturing sites
- Drive implementation of MFA, Vulnerability Management, PAM & Secure Remote Access
- Optimise the Microsoft security estate Defender, Azure, DLP
- Design network segmentation to reduce lateral movement risk
- Factor in OT/ICS security across plant and industrial control environments
- Support ISO 27001 alignment and audit prep
- Engage stakeholders up to the CIO level
Essential:
- 10+ years in cyber / information security
- Security programme leadership (not just point solutions)
- Microsoft Defender, Azure & DLP hands-on
- PAM & secure remote access experience
- Network security & segmentation design
- Stakeholder management to CIO level
Advantageous:
- Manufacturing or OT/ICS background
- Zscaler configuration experience
- ISO 27001 implementation/audit prep
- Vulnerability management programme built
