TRAKD has partnered with a forward-thinking performance marketing agency pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the AI space. We've built out our own internal 'agency brain,' a self-hosted AI system running on Mac Minis via OpenClaw, pulling together data from across the entire business: Notion playbooks, Xero invoicing, Fireflies call recordings, Slack communications, and more.
They're not just an agency that talks about AI; we're actively building the infrastructure to make every team member smarter, faster, and more effective. We're looking for an AI Engineer to own, maintain, and expand our agency brain. You'll be responsible for keeping existing AI workflows running reliably, building new agents and automations as ideas emerge from the team, and proactively bringing forward ideas that improve how we operate.
- Ensure integrations with Notion, Xero, Fireflies, Slack, and other platforms remain stable
- Continuously improve data ingestion, retrieval, and output quality
AI Workflow & Agent Building:
- Design and build new AI-driven workflows based on internal briefs from leadership and ops
- Build agents for use cases such as: client sentiment analysis, churn detection, revenue opportunity spotting, and creative strategy generation
- Develop automated research-to-output pipelines — e.g. pulling TikTok/Instagram creative data and generating full brand strategy documents for strategists
- Explore and implement end-to-end creative workflows (e.g. pulling performance data → analysing → generating ad variations via AI video tools)
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience building AI workflows and automations (n8n, Make, LangChain, or similar)
- Understanding of agentic AI systems, RAG pipelines, and vector databases
- Experience integrating third-party APIs (Slack, Notion, Xero, or similar)
- Familiarity with sentiment analysis and NLP-based workflows
- Background in or exposure to performance marketing or creative agencies
- Experience with web scraping and social media data pipelines
- Keep your finger on the pulse of the AI world and get genuinely excited by new developments
- Are comfortable working remotely but want to show up for team socials and culture
Salary up to £55,000-£60,000 depending on experience
Fully remote working with flexibility
The chance to build genuinely novel AI infrastructure; this is not a maintenance role, it's a build role
Real scope for growth as the AI function expands
