To support the efficient production of various Lorient products, ensuring they meet customer specifications and order requirements.

Salary: Β£25,916.80 per year (based on a standard 37.5-hour working week)

Plus:

What you would do as our Production Operative:

  • Operate Machinery & Perform Quality Checks: Use various machines and tools across production stages, carrying out visual, dimensional, and physical checks to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Support Production & Packing: Work on extrusion lines, assist with packing finished goods, and help maintain buffer stock for popular items in different sizes and colours.
  • Maintain Safe & Tidy Work Area: Follow all Health and Safety guidelines, ensure machinery is used safely, keep the workspace clean, and dispose of waste according to company policy.
  • Report Issues & Ensure Equipment Care: Notify supervisors of any faulty equipment and handle all machinery with care to avoid damage.
  • Flexible Team Support: Be willing to assist in other production areas when needed to meet deadlines and support overall production goals, while adhering to company quality and environmental standards.
