Job Title: Warehouse Picker Packer Location: Swindon Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm Pay Rate: £12.41 per hour Overtime Rate: £18.62 per hour (available during busy periods) The Role We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Picker Packer to join our team in Swindon. You’ll be working with alcoholic products and high-end clothing, ensuring all orders are picked and packed with care and accuracy. Key Duties * Picking and packing customer orders accurately * Handling fragile and high-value items with care * Checking orders against paperwork and reporting discrepancies * Keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organised * Meeting daily targets and working as part of a team Requirements * Minimum 2 years’ picker/packer experience * Good attention to detail and accuracy * Reliable, punctual, and hardworking * Experience with fragile or premium products is an advantage Benefits * £12.41 per hour + overtime at £18.62 per hour * Day shifts only – no evenings or weekends * Convenient Swindon location close to public transport * Free onsite parking * Clean canteen and modern break areas with football & table tennis tables * Supportive team environment and training provided * Career progression opportunities
