Warehouse Operative (Picker & Packer / Light Assembly)
Location : SN16
Hours : Day shift – 7 : 00am to 3 : 30pm, Monday to Friday
Salary : £12.50 per hour
As this role is based outside of any town with no transport links you will need to drive in order to be suitable.
About the Role :
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our growing team. You’ll be working with premium hardware, switches, sockets, and lighting products — mostly light items, so no heavy lifting required!
Your role will involve picking and packing orders, light assembly work, and helping to keep the warehouse running smoothly. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work and takes pride in doing things properly.
Main Duties :
- Pick and pack light products accurately and efficiently
- Assist with light assembly tasks using basic hand tools
- Prepare goods for dispatch and maintain quality standards
- Help with stock control and general warehouse dutiesKeep your work area clean, tidy, and safe
About You :
- Previous warehouse or assembly experience preferred (but not essential – full training provided)
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
