We are seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our growing recruitment team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for sales, relationship building, and business growth within the recruitment industry. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new client partnerships, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and handover to the recruitment delivery team.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and regular account reviews.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure effective delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry insights.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions using the company CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, ideally within the recruitment sector or a related B2B sales environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
