Joinery Production Operatives - Immediate Start
Cadley, Wiltshire

Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00
We are currently recruiting Joinery Production Operatives to join a well-established doors and windows manufacturing company based in Cadley, near Marlborough. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone with woodworking or construction experience, from entry-level through to more experienced operatives, who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing high-quality products.
Responsibilities
- Sanding and preparing wooden window and door frames ready for finishing
- Assisting with the assembly and manufacturing of doors and windows
- Recreating and fitting wooden components as required
- Using basic woodworking tools and machinery
- Maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction, joinery, carpentry, or woodworking (any level considered)
- Good practical skills and a strong attention to detail
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
