Reports to: Hospitality Manager / Events Manager

Contract Type: Part‑time / Matchday & Events Basis

About the Role:

We are seeking hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porters to join our Hospitality & Catering Team. As a vital part of the kitchen operation, you'll help ensure that our chefs and service staff can deliver top‑quality food and hospitality experiences to guests, sponsors, and VIPs on matchdays and during club events. This is a behind‑the‑scenes but essential role for anyone who enjoys working in a busy, team‑oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, wash‑up areas, and equipment.
  • Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans promptly and to high hygiene standards.
  • Assist chefs with basic food preparation when required.
  • Ensure waste is managed correctly and kitchen areas remain clean and safe.
  • Support kitchen staff with deliveries, stock rotation, and storage of goods.
  • Follow all club health & safety, food hygiene, and COSHH procedures.
  • Work efficiently to meet the demands of matchday and event service times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or catering environment (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work under pressure.
