Would you like to join a rapidly growing design and build contractor and work on designing projects across the globe? Our client specialises in designing and constructing cleanrooms both within the UK and abroad - they work across various sectors such as the life sciences, pharmaceutical and aerospace industries. We are looking for a driven individual with strong experience using Revit to produce 3D models and 2D drawings. We are keen to speak with candidates who have worked for contractors, consultants and architectural practices - as long as you have experience using Revit. The salary on offer is negotiable between £30-45k and the role is a permanent full time position based in the Thetford office. 1-2 days a week working from home (WFH) is also an option depending on experience.
Role Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience using Revit (Arch/MEP/Structure)
- Experience using AutoCAD is preferred but not essential
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
- Experience with cleanroom/controlled environment design is a plus but not required
- Strong team player, organized, driven, and great communicator
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing and reviewing 3D models and 2D drawings using Revit and also producing associated technical documentation
- 3D design and coordination of complex projects
- Conducting client design meetings
- Performing clash checks and leading design communications
