We are seeking an experienced NSAR Approved Rail Trainer to join our growing training team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, compliant rail training to individuals and organisations across the rail industry.
This role involves the delivery of PTS, COSS, and other rail-specific competence courses, ensuring learners meet all Network Rail and industry requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver PTS, COSS, and other rail-specific training courses
- Conduct both initial and refresher training
- Ensure all training meets NSAR, Network Rail, and Sentinel requirements
- Accurately complete training records and assessments
- Maintain high standards of safety, professionalism, and learner engagement
- Keep course materials up to date with current rail standards
- Proven experience delivering PTS and COSS training
- Strong working knowledge of Network Rail standards and Rule Book
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage classroom and practical training effectively
- IT competent (training systems, reporting, online learning platforms)
- Willingness to travel as required
- Assessing or internal verification qualifications
- Experience delivering bespoke or specialist rail courses
