The TRIB3 Coach is responsible for delivering next-level workout experiences within the store. Experience delivering group exercise classes is preferred but not essential. Great communication, energy and focus are a must. /p p b The next academy will take place on 23, 24 and 25 May, with coach sign-offs on 26 May. /b /p p We are TRIB3; we bring people together worldwide through next-level workout experiences. Great communication, energy and focus are a must. /p p b As a TRIB3 Coach you will be responsible for the following: /b /p p b Delivering The TRIB3 Workout /b /p p Deliver our next-level workout experience, reinforcing TRIB3’s ideology of Prepare, Sweat, Recover in each workout. As a coach, you are expected to: /p ul li Cue and correcting technique including coaching points and personal engagement /li li Connect with TRIB3Rs before, during and after the workout /li li Create a fun and safe environment for TRIB3Rs. /li li Deliver The Workout with confidence and energy – TRIB3Rs should leave the store feeling they have had a next-level workout experience. /li /ul p b Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) compliance /b /p p All coaches will undertake an onboarding training consisting of both e-learning and face-to-face training to ensure they have the knowledge and tools to deliver and maintain the standards of The TRIB3 Workout. /p p b Represent TRIB3 brand values /b /p p Act as a TRIB3 ambassador by promoting TRIB3, your TRIB3 classes and building your own personal following.
