At TrainMore & Clubsportive, we move with purpose. Music that hits hard, energy that lifts the room, and workouts that push limits. We’re here to create impact and we want you to be part of it.

YOUR ROLE

As a Freelance Studio Instructor, you own the room. You bring the vibe, the confidence, and the motivation that makes people talk about your class long after it’s over. Your expertise? Strength, Hyrox, Calisthenics – we’re ready for it. We’ll train you to teach our signature concepts:

  • WOD Squad – A functional strength and endurance class designed to test strength, build skills, improve your overall fitness and of course deliver those post workout endorphins.
  • MetCon – A short for metabolic conditioning, this class is fast, focused and no-nonsense, designed to be the definition of walk in – crawl out.
  • Calisthenics – A bodyweight strength class that blends progressive and regressive holds with conditioning circuits, helping members to build strength and skill while building community.
  • Functional Bodybuilding – A movement quality-driven strength class focused on quality reps and time under tension.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • One or more of these certifications: Fitness Trainer A & Fitness Trainer B.
  • Preferably 1 year of group class experience.
  • Strong coaching skills and the ability to command a room.
  • A natural connector who knows how to motivate and inspire.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • A brand-new multi-purpose studio with premium gear and music-driven design.
  • A high-energy community that shows up ready to train.
  • Space to develop your identity as a trainer – bring your style.
  • An environment built for impact and performance.
