As a Regional Manager you are responsible for the overall day to day operations of the area you manage. Monitoring and keeping high standards of hospitality, sales, cleanliness and maintenance of the gyms within your region are your key tasks. The 51 clubs of TrainMore are divided into several regions. As a Regional Manager, you are responsible for the day‑to‑day performance of around 15 clubs in your area. You combine operational excellence with a strong commercial focus, ensuring targets are met while maintaining high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, sales, and maintenance across your region. Through regular check-ins and on‑site visits, you coach Club Managers on performance, sales fundamentals, and ownership of results. You identify opportunities, track KPIs, and translate insights into clear action plans and professional reporting for our Operations Director.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop Club Managers, strengthening leadership, commercial awareness, and performance management
- Drive commercial performance through active coaching on sales, conversion, retention, and operations
- Own regional performance by monitoring KPIs across sales, satisfaction, and operational standards
- Set ambitious but realistic targets and address underperformance with clear accountability
- Report weekly on results, risks, and growth opportunities
- Escalate maintenance and facility issues to ensure safety and continuity
