As a Host at TrainMore, you’re the first face of the club – welcoming members, delivering excellent service and building community are in your hands. Ready for that?
You:
- Live in or around Marlow (UK)
- Are responsible: proactive, take ownership and get the job done.
- Radiate hospitality and give people energy through warmth,friendlinessand a genuine smile.
- Are a natural communicator who puts people at ease.
- Are a community builder who connects genuinely with members, becoming a familiar and trusted face on the floor.
- Have an eye for detail: you have eyes and ears everywhere.
- Have a commercial mindset and are customer-oriented: members’ needs are top priority.
- Take care of your members, yourteamand your club, and keep things clean and tidy.
- Are a self-starter, keen to grow with us and build something long-term.
- Can commit to at least 16 hours per week for a minimum of a year, with flexibility across weekdays,eveningsand weekends.

Whatyou’lldo:
- Deliver excellent service to members andprospects, andgive great club tours based on their needs.
- Keep member areas, the gymfloorand vending machines clean, stocked and running smoothly.
- Spot and report maintenance issues or safetyrisks, andfollow correct procedures to resolve them.
- Keep member recordsaccurate, and safely open and close the club to checklist.
- Support marketing campaigns and member admin (service calls,paymentand debt support).
- Take on extra tasks within your skillset as the business needs.
Good to have:
- A background in commercial economics, sports education, hospitality or similar.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple things at once.
- Flexibility to work across more than one club when needed.
