You know what great hospitality looks like, and you thrive in a fast-paced, commercial environment. You take ownership of your club’s commercial performance, including budget and KPI management. You drive local sales and marketing efforts to grow the member base. You create a positive and professional team environment that drives engagement and performance. You act as the local face of TrainMore and ensure brand standards are met at all times. You collaborate with HQ and regional stakeholders to align on goals, strategy and performance. You understand how to control costs without compromising on quality — and can give examples of how you’d do this in a club environment. A background in hospitality or other customer-facing environments with a service-first mindset. A track record of building strong, high-performing teams. 25 days holiday (full-time equivalent) ~
