Your future:

  • You are our brand; you are the Urban Gym Group.
  • Your most important task is to make TrainMore the best place for our members, customers and employees.
  • You radiate energy in the club; you are always open for a chat and ensure that the atmosphere is positive and welcoming.
  • As a Hospitality Manager, you are responsible, together with your Host team, for welcoming visitors warmly and creating a warm and friendly atmosphere to make our gym go-ers comfortable.
  • To ensure seamless service, you process all guest requests via different outlets, but primarily in-person.
  • You are on top of our customer satisfaction.
  • You support the Club Manager in their daily work, which means you are concerned with sales, quality, service, hygiene, and personnel.
  • You will manage and coach the team of hosts on hospitality skills, lifting the team to a higher level through your dedication and enthusiasm.

On a daily basis, you will be busy with the following tasks:

  • Greet our visitors with a genuine smile and warm welcome;
  • Coach the Host team on hospitality;
  • Ensuring that our customer satisfaction remains high;
  • Supporting the Club Manager in the daily operations;
  • Jointly responsible for handling questions and providing service to our members;
  • Proactively sharing information about the services of Urban Gym Group (personal training, classes etc);
  • Responsible for the appearance of the club (hygiene, safety, maintenance, working conditions, etc.);
  • Co-responsible for all personnel-related tasks;
  • Responsible for several administrative tasks;
  • Building a community within your team;
  • Making everyone feel welcome and safe inside TrainMore.
