TrainMore UK is seeking a Club Manager in Marlow to lead daily operations, drive commercial performance and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced fitness environment. You will own member experience, manage budgets and KPIs, build local sales and marketing efforts, recruit and coach staff; represent the brand locally and collaborate with HQ to hit ambitious targets, including growth, retention and NPS.
