Trainline is seeking a Brand Proposition Lead to own consumer propositions across markets, with a focus on our New Business area.

You’ll work with UX, Data Science, Brand Insights, Product, UX, Engineering and Country Managers to shape end-to-end propositions from insight to launch.

You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, set success metrics, track impact and communicate with Execs, balancing brand storytelling with business outcomes in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
