From day one, you'll take ownership of complex, crossâfunctional programmes that influence the full business, translating technical detail into clear, compelling narratives that align senior leaders and teams around shared outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own end to end delivery: Lead the full lifecycle of critical technical transformation programmes from early discovery and planning through to execution and evaluation.
- Drive collaboration: Work across departments to align product, engineering, data, finance and business stakeholders on priorities and outcomes.
- Deliver transformation: Execute initiatives in systems consolidation, tooling optimisation and data pipeline improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational complexity.
- Communicate with impact: Package complex technical information clearly for both technical and nonâtechnical audiences, including the CFO, CTO and VPs.
- Think critically and act decisively: Evaluate tools, assess tradeâoffs and make evidenceâbased recommendations that balance innovation with stability.
- Lead with structure, stay flexible: Set clear goals, anticipate risks and adapt plans in a fast paced, evolving environment.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Technical Programme or Project Manager in a tech led or digital environment.
- Strong track record delivering crossâfunctional transformation projects, ideally involving systems consolidation or technology optimisation.
- Excellent communication skills â a natural storyteller able to bridge technical and nonâtechnical worlds with clarity and confidence.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, driving consensus across teams.
- Experience with Agile delivery and modern programme management practices.
- Understanding of software development workflows, data platforms and performance monitoring tools.
- Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies â excited by their potential to reshape workflows and drive efficiency.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on evidenceâbased decision making, efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
