Qualifications
- Strong commercial experience, ideally gained in partnerships, marketplaces, travel, transport or another environment where you have delivered value through external partner relationships.
- A track record of taking revenue‐driving initiatives from idea through to delivery, with a focus on measurable outcomes and practical execution.
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders across different teams, with the ability to influence, align and maintain momentum in a complex environment.
- A strategic and outcome‐focused mindset, with the ability to move comfortably between shaping the bigger picture and getting into the detail to make things happen.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to turn data, insight and commercial impact into clear narratives for senior internal and external audiences.
- Experience using data and insight to identify opportunities, inform decisions and evaluate the success of commercial initiatives.
- A collaborative and pragmatic approach, with curiosity, adaptability and comfort working in a fast‐moving and evolving environment.
- Helpful if you have experience working with rail, travel, marketplaces or partner‐led commercial models, although we're open to hearing from candidates with relevant experience from other sectors.
