Trainline plc is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist on a 12-month fixed term contract to own and manage a varied ER caseload end-to-end.

You will lead investigations, chair hearings, and ensure adherence to ACAS Code and UK employment law while advising managers and building ER capability.

You will handle union-related cases with professionalism, maintain robust documentation, and identify patterns to share with People leadership. Hybrid work model offered.
