Training The Street (TTS) is the world's leading financial learning services company, delivering targeted, hands‑on training to corporate and academic clients across the globe.

We're looking for a Technology Operations & Solutions Technician to join our Technology team, supporting the day‑to‑day operations, security, and governance of our systems as the business grows beyond a Saa S‑only stack into a mix of custom‑built and third‑party solutions.

As you grow into the role, you'll also help design, build, and operate a growing suite of internally‑developed tools, working closely with stakeholders across the business to turn requirements into secure, reliable, well‑maintained solutions.

This is a great fit for someone who's comfortable moving between hands‑on support and hands‑on building - someone who brings good judgment to a small team without heavy process, and is motivated to fix things regardless of whose job it technically is.
