We're looking for a People Team Coordinator to join our team as a front-line partner across three distinct populations - consultants and contractors, Teaching Associates, and general employees.
In this role, you'll be the go-to point of contact for consultant hiring and lifecycle management, from contracts through onboarding and offboarding, while also supporting recruiting coordination for Teaching Associates and general employee hires across multiple regions.
You'll work closely with hiring managers, regional People Team leads, IT, Finance, and Payroll to keep hiring, onboarding, and day-to-day people operations running smoothly and on time.
This is a great fit for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys owning end-to-end processes, and can move confidently between candidates, new hires, managers, and senior leadership - all while keeping the details airtight across multiple concurrent workflows.
- Overview
- Acts as a front-line generalist within the People Team, supporting recruitment and operational enablement across three distinct populations: consultants/contractors, Teaching Associates (TAs), and general employees.
- Serves as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for consultant hiring, processes, systems access, and operational enablement.
- Supports full-cycle recruiting coordination for TA and general employee hiring, partnering with hiring managers and regional leads.
- Provides day-to-day front-line support to employees and managers on People Team processes, queries, and escalations.
- Coordinates cross-functional collaboration across regional leadership, HR, IT, Finance, and internal teams.
- Primarily remote, with quarterly travel to central London for team meetings.
