The vocational coaches at Training Strategies have practical experience in the sectors they teach and are committed to achieving the best results for learners. Training is work-based, with coaches visiting businesses monthly to support learners and assign additional work. We are a Grade 2 \”Good\” provider.
Role Description
We have permanent and self employed role available, with good rates of pay.
Qualifications
- Experience in the security industry and knowledge of SIA regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and deliver training materials
- Experience in conducting assessments and providing feedback
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in teaching / training.
- Relevant certifications in security training/
- TAQA or equivalent and relevant teaching qualification
- Driving license and access to own vehicle
