Training is work-based, with coaches visiting businesses monthly to support learners and assign additional work. Role Description This is a full-time role for a SIA Security Tutor at Training Strategies Ltd, The SIA Security Tutor will be responsible for delivering training on security industry topics, conducting assessments, providing support to learners, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications Experience in the security industry and knowledge of SIA regulations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and deliver training materials Experience in conducting assessments and providing feedback Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Experience in teaching or training is a plus Relevant certifications in security training/ TAQA or equivalent Driving license and access to own vehicle
